Perfect location as close to beach and town. Andreas had lots of useful information and historical ancedotes and was very responsive to all our needs. Great for dog owners as no traffic streets and very private. Highly recommend the house but in the summer bring mosquito.spray. we enjoyed our 2 weeks and...

"Ein mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und pfiffigen Ideen zur Miniferienwohnung ausgebauter Dachstuhl eines historischen Gebäudes in der Altstadt von Stralsund. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt (bei uns waren es 5 Tage) benötigt. Schön war, das auch bei der Ausstattung mit viel Sorgfalt ausgewählt worden war - und man nicht den Eindruck hatte, das hier die Ausstattung bei x Hsushaltsauflösungen zusammengetragen worden ist....

Da wir im Winter dort waren , fanden wir dies nicht schlimm, würden uns aber wünschen , dass dies erwähnt wird.Die Gastgeber , sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die wohnung tiptop und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
