「The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

「We enjoyed our long weekend at the Eiders. Our rooms were clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool was bonus. Our dog's enjoyed their exercise area. A convenient location to enjoy the north Norfolk coast. 」

「Lovely property very clean, beautiful view had an amazing time. Lots of stairs up to the apartment but worth it. Brilliant hosts very organised, though please note £25 damage fee non refundable or £200 refundable. 」

「A modern and clean apartment in the heart of Norwich. Easy parking once you figure it out. Flat within walking distance of the attractions and market.」

「When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. 」

「Stayed for 4 nights, beds are the most comfortable we’ve had so far in any house we’ve stayed in, very clean and comfortable, home from home basically. Living area comfy, bathroom and shower all good. Kitchen fully equipped with the use of basic necessities such as sugar, salt & pepper, cling film etc.」

「Perfect stay for myself and my dog, would also suit couples or families. Pool was great, accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Could not have asked for more of the property or the owners, will definitely stay again.」

「The property is well situated and within walking distance for all the things that we came to Sherringham for.I would recommend marks property for anyone who wants to park their car up and enjoy the area as the bus/train service is excellent.」

「Lovely quirky accommodation in a really convenient location. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, we also had to work during our visit so the desk was an added bonus! The host was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. All in all a lovely stay, would recommend.」
