「Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests.」

「It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

「We absolutley loved this apartment! It is in a great location to walk all around the main parts of the city. It is very spacious which was a welcome break after 1.5 weeks of small hotel rooms in beautiful old buildings but that were very small. It was very well stocked with all you could possibly need. The third floor location has a great view from the balcony or one end of the couch which was so nice for sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. I read a couple reviews that were...

「We had a great week despite the weather doing its best. Only two adults staying but not enough seating in sitting room for 4 to sit comfortably. Ideal situation in centre of quiet Winterton. Opposite tea room is good and fish and chips from chippy next door is the best, generous portions too. Beach is 5mins away with beautiful walks off the beach through the dunes as well. Been twice before and already booked for next time.」
