「The room was very clean. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. There were so many events to keep us entertained and on the resort, if we weren’t visiting family, we wouldn’t have had a reason to leave the hotel at all during our stay. I had such a great stay from the staff to the food. Honorable mention to Rio at the omelet station, he definitely started our day off pleasant with his good energy and food made with love. We will definitely be back! 10 stars」

「Wonder experience! The staff were friendly and made the experience amazing; you can tell they love their work. A beautiful hotel in a great vineyard setting. The winery and tasting room and the onsite tavern (restaurant) were exceptional-be sure to make advance reservations,」

「Our check-in was delayed an hour due to being at max capacity however, due to the close proximity to Merchant's Square, we walked down and enjoyed mulled wine at the Christmas Market until we were notified to check-in. The room is spacious and we will definitely be back!」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」
