“Contact difficult, automated responses to messages, voicemail for calls. We wanted early entry but apparently this is not avaliable unless booked in advance for housekeeping purposes. An hr early on a wet Thursday in February, I'm sure could've been manageable, or a least a call back to say no. I requested twin beds as in photo, king bed was made up.No toilet roll in bathroom, not one. I've never experienced this anywhere else I've stayed previously, there has been no response to me……

“This is a smashing 2 bedroomed flat, tastefully decorated and with everything at hand for a very comfortable stay. The property has its own parking space in a yard at the back with a rickety path down to a fast flowing stream of water attractive and dangerous to my Spaniel.... The only inconvenience was the walk down the road to a place suitable for my Dog to do his business. Other than that it's a winner.”

“When I arrived, we found the property needed some upgrading, some items in the kitchen were dirty,the baking trays in the oven, one was rusty,the couch upstairs had dirt under the cushions, I asked the owner to clean it and the oven tray,but we actually clesned the kitchen ourselves. There were lighbulbs out,in the bathroom the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The property was unkempt in general. It should have been spotlessly clean.
