「All was excellent except for a noisy heat pump fan in the breakfast room which could not be disabled (at the time we were there, anyway), perhaps it's been fixed subsequently). We took our breakfast outside. Love the location near the waterfront,」

「First of all, we arrived at 802pm and after numerous phone calls to locate the receptionist, he(nick) finally showed up. Nick was giving me attitude when trying to ask questions.
The room he provided was on the top floor with lots of noise.
The pool was adjacent to the room too. Slamming doors and regular traffic was enough to cut our stay very short.
Another issue is when booking is done on line, paid in full, not happy having to redo the reservation at the front desk.
