"Unfortunately, the service by the pool and by the beach were horrendous. It wasn’t the fault of the waiters. They tried their best food took forever well over two hours to make it to the beach for lunch one time one of your outlets was closed and you actually closed the kitchen and there was nowhere to get lunch except for sitting down there were horrible college kids and underage drinking on the beach happening everywhere on the property. During spring break, there must’ve been 500 freshman from university Wisconsin. Like a keg fest on the beach.. The pool constantly ran out of towels and I couldn’t get a chaise lounges . The concierge only stays till 6 o’clock and after that if you need something, you have to wait on a very long Front Desk line to ask anything. The concierge’s actually keep banking hours and not hospitality hours. It’s very weird."

"Beware they only clean the room every 3 days, if you want it before then you have to beg them to do it. Other than that the stay was fine. "
