"Great place to stay. Walkable to many restaurants and little shops. Room was comfortable and very clean. Only negative was the elevator we had to wait a long time as only two were working and it has 18 floors. Other than that it was an amazing hotel"

"The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. Definitely a nice place to stay! "

"The room was very nice. Was very impressed with cleaning team. Me and my daughter left jackets in the closet. Contacted the hotel a few days later, after realizing they where not here at home. The staff sent them back in the mail. Awsome"
