「Tim was an outstanding host. The property was exactly as described and very very clean! The location was very easy to get to and from Augusta National Golf Club. Conveniently located near lots of food options. I would definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back to the Masters Tournament! Seamless check in and check out process allowed us to soak in our time in Augusta without worry about accommodations! 10 out of 10!」

「Good place to stay, and very close to downtown and the state line. The property was well stocked, and secure with gated access. Some areas were slightly unclean from previous guests, but not significantly, and there were cleaning supplies provided. The host was great, and very responsive to messages. 「Our stay was everything we were hoping for based on the pictures. 10/10 cleanliness. 10/10 mattress comfort. The only negative thing I would say is that the bedroom got really hot so we had to purchase a box fan. Our party felt safe the entire time we were there due to the locked gates. We we’re all in agreement that we would stay here the next time we were in town.」

「My son and I stayed here for a trip to the Masters. Very convenient to the highway, many restaurants/stores nearby, and only a 10-15 min drive to Augusta National! The apartment was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was fantastic and responsive to all communication. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Augusta!」

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
