No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer. Great view patio door broken mold in washroom they fix it by painting over it I have Asma and got sick on second day there .... Close washroom door a metal thing fell switched in bedroom was broken it sad because if it was maintained correctly it would be a awesome place
