北灘出租度假屋

「Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely, plant filled and bright home, with everything we needed for ourselves and our toddler to feel at home…the perfect location…friendly community, nice walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop. We loved it!」

「This property and host were excellent. Property was as advertised. Lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable. Owner was super responsive and check in and check out was easy. 100% recommend.」

「Wonderful home! Immaculately clean! I spent the week here while visiting my daughter and granddaughters. It was the perfect spot and so comfortable…beautiful, tasteful decor.」

「Everything at this location was as shown on the listing and it was very clean. We were very satisfied with all elements of this stay. We were there for a weekend and did not use the place heavily, but it suited our needs. It's a quiet location. They had all the major points covered. The only negative comment I have is that the water out of the tap was smelly. I suggest bringing a couple of bottles of water and not drinking the water out of the taps. This is obviously a well maintained home...

「The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. 」

「The house fit our needs perfectly! We were a bit disappointed in the fact that the water park was closed had that there was no beach access without paying.」

「Very peaceful and quiet. Family and pet friendly.」

「Absolutely gorgeous setting! We spent every morning (and most evenings) in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The house is impeccable and updated. Initially we felt far from everything but found quaint waterfront restaurants and shops in a Deale and Galesville. Jays Latin food and Corner Grille were great spots too! We will definitely be back!」

「The location was spectacular, the host was communicative, and we had a great time! A beautiful and clean home with everything needed to make a trip a success. One small issue with some needed essentials meant a quick run to the store (TP!) but otherwise a great location, great stay, and would stay again!」

「A great place to crash and explore the area.」

「Great home. The layout worked really well.」

「We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage on the bay. Everything was well maintained, the host provided strong communication, the grounds are beautiful, and our family found the hot tub to be a wonderful place to both relax amidst nature and reconnect . Also our 2 little dogs felt very much at home there with us. We took several wonderful walks in the neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring Annapolis. We would gladly return someday!」

「They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business」

「Very cute..but very tiny and super dated. Duplex. Not entire house to self. ..through a door is other people....noise Porch, yard firepit and views great! Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful. No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic is next door... Very disappointed. Water pressure in sink very very low. No kitchen. Didnt state it did. But just beware . The views. Quit was nice. But thats bout it . .」

「The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience」

「Prior to check in directions were not clear. Kept telling me the link below and there was none. The link was above. Walls were dirty and marked up. Neighborhood not the best. Not a 4 star but close」

「A nice, clean, roomy place at a good price--gotta love that. The walk-out basement apartment was located in a compound of units on a quiet dead-end street. This unit is actually toward the back and I spent a little time searching for it. Once there, access to the key and apartment was no problem. The home was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and bedding. Would definitely stay there again.」
