"Hotel did not have the room type I reserved with hotels.com. Apparently they switched to a new system so there are issues with booking. We were given 2 rooms to accommodate the number of guests we have. The check in process took a while due to these hiccups. The first room was reeked with cleaner smell and the second room had a broken AC. We had to pack up and switch room. Second night, we went back to room after being out and found that we got locked out of our room due to their glitch in system again. It had thought we were checking out. We had to go back to front desk and then go back to room again. Staff was nice and said she would look into compensation for us. However next morning when we asked and was told she needed to ask. No more update since then and we’ve already checked out. Hotel is dated, staff was nice but won’t be able to offer much, breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. "

"The staff here is exceptional. Always very helpful and pleasant. Miguel in the breakfast room was a standout. I would have liked to see some rotating breakfast options as we were offered scrambled eggs and sausage every day for a week. Also the cable weight machine was broken in a highly used gym, so it could get crowded."

"Pretty much a nice hotel like many near airports. Good complimentary breakfast in an area with plenty of seating. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a short 5-7 minute drive in the shuttle to the SeaTac departure area."
