“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“I had a great stay at Venetian Breeze Cozy Studio. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. Overall, a very good experience and a place I’d stay at again.”

“SunSeaSand is the perfect place to stay for a kiteboarding vacation! The property is a five-minute walk to the beach and only two minutes to beach access - I walked with my gear down to the water with no trouble. Make sure you rent a car and stop at a grocery store on the way; the kitchen has everything you need to prep meals (no oven, but I don't need that when I have a toaster and a grill). The grounds are GORGEOUS - I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful job Joseph the caretaker has done……
