“We loved our stay here at the Riggins!! The location is fabulous, you are separate from the pier area so you don't have that kind of traffic but you are close enough to be there if you want to. We loved being on the third floor for many reasons but mostly because when we were out on the porch we had the best views of the ocean and sunrise. The beds were comfy and the space in the condo is set up well so that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. ”

“Barry, the host unfortunately does not put much effort into providing even a mediocre vacation experience. Perhaps the guest needs to adjust their experience from “relaxing vacation” to “rough it camping” for a better adjusted expectation.We are not high maintenance people by any means so it’s actually saying something that I’m taking the time to write this review.Barry’s place did not provide enough bath towels, there were no kitchen towels for drying hands or keeping up with dishes, no……

“This has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was delightfully clean!! Location is fantastic. Parking easy. A block away is the start of the river walk. It is surrounded by historic homes to stroll through and easy access from the highway. The downtown area is just a few blocks away. Comfortable bed and a cozy clean living room. Everything you need with some extras like snacks and water, bedside multi-chargers. Coffee set up great and nothing that you questioned how old it is.……

“We had a great stay at this oceanside condo. Overall, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the bed covers could have been fresher, but we appreciated that clean sheets were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook or bake meals and prepare breakfast. There was a coffee maker (though we only found three Keurig pods) and an electric kettle with a generous supply of tea bags. The amount of beach equipment available was……
