“Yes. Staff there is great. Coffee, hot water, teas, cookies, and popcorn were offered on check in. Breakfast was great. Easy off and on the highway. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the amenities were not available on this visit. ”

“"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville East. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and how comfortable the bed felt—I got a great night’s sleep. The highlight, however, was the onsite restaurant, Woodfire Bar & Grille. It was so convenient to have such high-quality food and service right at the hotel. A huge shoutout to Shaun, our bartender and waiter. He was incredible and even remembered our drink orders the very next day! It’s rare to find that……

“My son and I (and two dogs) stayed here for one night during a road trip for hiking. From reading the old reviews it seems like the new owners have really been putting in hard work to bring this place back to life; they are still working on it but everything was clean and amenities have been upgraded from previous photos such as flat screen tv with plenty of satellite channels and a ceiling fan with a remote (which I had to take a picture of because I loved it and want to find one for myself).……

“Rooms and hotel is under renovations and expect that the future of this establishment will be better. But the work was minimally invasive, light breakfast that was included was a good benefit. Location is awesome for the winter activities in town and nearby skiing and hiking. ”
