“The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!”

“Returned to Chatham after a long time and just as nice as I remember. Condo was very spacious and has all the bells and whistles. Only noticeable thing was the main bathroom had long hair on counter and ironically in a cobweb on light fixture.”

“This is a perfect spot in Wellfleet. The location is close to town (we walked everywhere) and close to the beach if you visit during summer. Everything is clean and well organized. There are added extras that most hosts fail to provide such as extra towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, etc. You won't be disappointed if you book this place. The cottage is compact but well thought out to maximize the space. I would definitely book again!”

“It was a perfect place, the balcony by was in the right position to watch sunrise and sunsets. Condo was very clean and comfortable.”

“This was a great spot for us to use as a base to explore the cape on our first trip. It was easy to find, lots of interesting things nearby, and easy drive to the national seashore beaches. We'd definitely stat again. The only confusion we had was that there was no parking pass in the unit as the directions said there would be. We messaged the manager but they never got back to us. We left a note on our dashboard, though, and that seemed to work.”

“The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space……
