“We had a wonderful stay at Xeliter Green One in Puerto Plata. The property is modern, clean, peaceful, and perfect if you prefer a quieter atmosphere over a crowded all-inclusive resort. The rooms were spacious, good beds, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, and my family and I spent most of our time there! “This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! ”

“I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……
