“We stayed at this apartment from 6 June to 20 June and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The apartment was not as advertised online and did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the kitchen was in such an unhygienic condition that we did not use it during our entire stay. Kitchen appliances, utensils, and surfaces appeared unclean and poorly maintained. What concerned us the most was the cleaning process. We observed the cleaning staff using……
