「I had an outstanding experience at Grey Pearl suites. The room was big ,clean ,with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with essential kitchen tools and appliances. The front desk associates Darin and Joyce were very serviceable ,attentive and courteous to everyone. The manager Jihan was always there if needed her and ready to answer any questions for the best possible results The night guard and the personalized key to the electric front door for the main entrance and the elevator...

「Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . 」
