"The staff was very attentive to my needs. The Madison does not refresh the rooms every morning and will upon request. I had not requested, but the front desk reached out to me asking if I'd like one which was very nice! Also, I had to leave a day early and they offered to call Expedia on my behalf to change my reservation. Shoutout to Stephanie!"

"Stayed at CANVAS Hotel Dallas and really enjoyed the artsy loft vibe, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The rooftop infinity pool and bar have amazing skyline views and are easily the highlight of the property."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel I got the most out of my buck. I had a beautiful view of Dallas from the 31st floor. I loved the pool. I went mid January. I had a heated pool all to myself both mornings I swam. Pool is located on the 32nd floor, so also a beautiful view! The location was perfect. I tried to stay in the area as much as possible. Downtown is sketchy at night so be careful. Breakfast was good. I ordered. I did not get the buffet. The waitress was really nice. The hotel and room were clean. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed. I asked for an upgrade on my room, when I checked in. The attendant gave me one even though I paid through a third party. The attendants downstairs were so nice. Vallet guys were great. No complaints."
