“Great location, close to beach and cafes, very tidy room and well equipped kitchen, only downfall I would mention was there was construction in opposite building directly outside our balcony and spanned one side of the entire property that was very noisy and they where pouring tar (or something very Similar) which smelt very bad and we had to keep all doors closed as the smell would become unbearable, we would not have booked if we knew this level of construction was happening outside our……

“We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton.”

“Very large apartment, 2 good size bedrooms with huge sitting and clean. Good for family stay. Close to National Museum and the seafront, just 10mins walk, also 12 mins walk to Willis Street where many good eateries. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Wish there is more lighting in the sitting/dinner area. ”

“All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. ”

“The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed except paper towels and napkins. The laundry was very useful. It is connected to the cruise ship terminal, so very convenient. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants, etc. In walking distance. My only complaint is the NOISE! Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. Right outside the apartment. Not……

“The apartment was well appointed, nice small kitchen with everything necessary for a short stay. Good size tv for the size of the lounge and a heatpump - that once we figured out how to get it going was effective as the temperature dropped quickly now we are headed into winter. Bed was comfortable and a good size room with large wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets. Overall a great little apartment with parking right outside. The downstairs apartment we had was around the side with no view……
