「服務人員友善，公共空間非常棒！浴廁很乾淨，廚房很大也很清潔，交誼廳也很舒適！距離逛街地帶也是剛剛好的距離。下次去奧克蘭會再選擇這裡！」

「Staff was helpful when asked for assistance or clairification. Solo room was comfortable. Enough showers and toilets that I never had to wait.」

「Simple but excellent facility with great customer service. Accidentally locked my key in my room in the first two minutes of arriving but a staff member was quickly sent up to sort it out. Cheap (for Auckland) overnight parking around the corner on Short Street and an easy walk down to Britomart and the waterfront. We will be back - Thanks Ted!」

「We have six people for two nights. Excellent location and environment allows kids to play. Great BBQ area w/ music to play. Big and quality Kitchen, living room and bedrooms.」
