「Close to visitor center (where the bus stopped). Owner is nice and proactive contact guest b4 arrival. No breakfast provided (which seems to be the norm for NZ hostel) but u can find food nearby. 」

This made the whole process unnecessarily complicated for me. It may be convenient for your operations, but it was a terrible guest experience.」

The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown.」

「Room looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and tidy and it was very nice having an adjustable wall heater in the room. Person who showed me around was very friendly and helped answer my questions about the snow fields. The room is not very soundproof so could hear people coming and going to kitchen until quite late into the evening. Also the shared toilet ran out of toiletpaper and there was no one to easily ask for replacement. Overall good place to stay for one...
