As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.”
