The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.”

“Property was advertised as a family friendly "newly renovated classic," and stated it was renovated in summer of 2023. We were greeted with an incomplete renovation. Beginning with open outlet box containing uncapped wires at toddler eye and hand height, viewable as you step in the front door. Both bathrooms have tile removed with glue remaining, no sealant around bathtubs. Ceiling in primary bathroom unfinished. Baseboards missing in some areas, cabinets in bathrooms and closets in bedroom had……

“My family of 3 really enjoyed this spacious house. It was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the massage couch. The host were very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The only down side was the dog hair on everything. I don’t have a pet so it was a little annoying to have dog hair on my socks and all over the on the rugs. Other than that it was awesome.”

“Short stay in close proximity to local hospital. We wanted more space at a price comparable to what a multi day stay at a hotel would offer us. This was it. Centrally located to many things. Not far from where we needed to be.”

Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.”

It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! “House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.”

“This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here.……
