「House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.」

We did contact the owner because the city decided to repair a water main in the area and the water was cut off for 1/2 of one day. She even offered to bring us some water.」

「I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. I really enjoyed my stay and communication through email was excellent. I had plenty of time to communicate my breakfast choices. I will definitely return when visiting this area.」

The owner was very prompt when responding to any questions we had. We absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Little Rock or even if you want a nice getaway. 」

「The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. 」
