"The room was extremely small. It should only be advertised for single / short stays. The sink was in the middle of the room (not in the bathroom, and there was NO WHERE to put your luggage. It was a terrible experience. The staff was fantastic. "

"This hotel is very well situated with the Hop On/Big Bus having a stop right there, as well the amenities are fantastic. A very cute, clean and delish coffee and pizza restaurant with a nice outside patio as well as modern and comfortable inside seating right beside a wonderful Pub that also has indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good at both places and it was so convenient to just get back to the hotel after a full and busy day sightseeing on the bus to have great choices right there. The staff were really great as well. Our room was also very clean and a very nice updated bathroom with a huge tub/shower unit. We would certainly stay here again."

"Everything was great. Really helpful staff, good sized rooms with good amenities. I’ve stayed in Kensington many times, but never here before, I think I was put off by the logo looking a little dated, it was never for specific reasons, that’s the only thing I can really think of. I only booked it because my usual go-tos were full, but in the future this will be my first choice."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street

"We had a deluxe room. When we arrived there was not any milk on the hospitality tray. We asked at reception and were told they did not have any available! The next day we asked if we could have the room serviced and we were told you had to request this. So we asked if they could note that we would like our room serviced. This did not happen at all during our 3 night stay. Not impressed."
