「We needed somewhere to break our journey back from Scotland and this was ideal for a family of four and not too far from the A1. We also chose it partly as it was dog friendly but a change of plan meant we didn’t actually have our dogs with us after all. But the provisions for visiting dogs were a nice touch. Also a welcome pack of milk, juice and biscuits f(for us) was well received.」

「Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. 」

「The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). "King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變. "
