Beach house Ocean View

Imagine waking up to feel the Ocean breeze on your face, watching the Sunrise and the Sunset from your balcony, drinking coffee from your balcony, accessing the beach from your private beach access. Property has only 6 steps and you will be on the first floor of the property where you will reach the living room where you will be setting and looking at the Ocean view and next will be the kitchen, dinning room and half bath. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with full bath and balcony with the awesome dreamy ocean view and the other 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. 2 stories house, Primary Location, Full Furnished, Oceanfront, 5 minutes to Grand Strand Airport. Very close to downtown, 2 parking spots available Small pets are allowed for $150 extra fee

Family pet-friendly perfection
We had a great trip. The property exceeded all our expectations. Check-in was simply and convenient. The property was very welcoming and we all felt at home the moment we arrived. The personal space my family had was very appealing. A day or two into our vacation, everyone asked me to re-book the property for next year. We were conveniently located right on the beach. Everything we ended up doing was only a short distance from our location. Having a full kitchen furnished with dishes, a dishwasher and easy access laundry also made the trip that much easier. We will definitely stay again. Also the host corresponded with me promptly and was extremely friendly. Anytime I reached out, I received a response quickly. Definitely recommend this property for families with or without pets.

Great location
Fantastic location, right on the beach. Host was extremely responsive with all communication after checkin, which he allowed a few hours early. Minor issues with older kitchen appliances and could use some updating (broken drawer handle, chipped/scratched walls, rusted lock on outside chest) but overall as expected for a low-key beach rental. My family had a great trip! Would recommend especially for location.

Peter was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. However, the property could use some upgrades as it is very dated. I would say the property is well kept considering it is dated. The location is great! Loved the direct access to the beach and nearby attractions. Hot water, air conditioning and the cleanliness of the property where all fine. The beds could use some softer mattresses. I feel this property has a lot of potential if there were some minor upgrades to make the property more modern. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely use this property in the future.

Neighbors were obnoxious and complained regularly
Bed bugs or some type insect were present and my grandson and my daughter got bitten multiple times. This was reported to owner. Neighbors came over and state they were directed by the owner to take pictures. They were also taking pictures of our vehicle tags. Very unprofessional and we were uncomfortable. We’ve never had these issues with VRBO before. We definitely won’t book with this property again.

Enjoyed our stay
Access to the beach and being able to bring our dogs was what was important to us and this property met both criteria. The major con was the furniture in the living area is old and not real comfortable. The stairs into the condo are a bit awkward especially when you have a dog on a leash. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property, well stocked for cooking in. Owner was extremely responsive and kind.
The property was lovely. The furniture was VERY comfortable, which made this location exceptional for us. Plenty of linens were available and the owner was immediately responsive. We would like to make this our 'to to place' at North Myrtle Beach in the future. Thank you, Peter!

Great Location
The property had a great location and we enjoyed our stay. It was one of the few places that allowed pets and that was our main reason for staying there so we could bring our dog. The inside could use some updates and we had a few issues with the overall cleanliness of the property. Especially the vents, they had a black mold like substance downstairs that should be looked at and dealt with. For location I would give it a 5. For inside I would rate it a 2, mainly over the vents.
