Clean, nice facility with easy check in and check out, buggies and bellman carts to make getting luggage in and out simple. Fully stocked kitchen and Comfy beds.

It’s a rental. I’m sure it’s constant use it gets worn. It was fine for a couple adults and teens. Especially since we spent most of our time outside. The pull out couch was the only negative it is thin and springy so if you can’t deal with that I would suggest bringing another option. We brought an air mattress instead. The view was perfect. Kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook was there. They had green eggs down on main pool area for cooking. Bring or add to your Instacart order all natural wood lump charcoal for cooking no lighter fluid. There’s chair and umbrella rentals out on beach as they don’t provide them. Get up early and rent for the amount of days in advance you are there. It’s easier and they put your name on and set up and ready to go each day. Would def rent here again.

Good condo, housekeeping service lacking

Nice condo, great location. Only issue was it wasn’t cleaned very well. We swept and vacuumed throughout on arrival. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Relaxing stay in North Myrtle

Very beautiful condo. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. The balcony view was gorgeous during the sunrises. Only issues we found were the refrigerator was missing a shelf and the balcony door lock didn’t work. There was a bar to keep it locked. Other than that it was a great trip and a great place to stay.

Girls Vacation

This Windy Hill condo was very nicely decorated and had a nice layout for three ladies. The kitchen is well equipped and has both a Keurig and a Carafe style coffee pot, plenty of dishes and a nice variety of cooking pots and utensils. The view from the balcony is pretty. The parking garage is a little tight but in early May there were adequate spaces available. The bridge from the parking garage to the building provides a sheltered walkway in extremely hot or rainy weather. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Oceanfront Condo

2 points - plumbing was subpar at the unit. Varying issues but both sinks in the master barely drained. Also, the property manager was gracious to let me check in early, but in a digital world, most places allow direct access to the condo via digital keys. Had to drive 2-3 miles to pick up keys and drop them off.

Property Owner Ripped Off by Their Cleaning Staff

This is a lovely condo. The location is excellent to get anywhere you want to go, quickly. The decor is (was) higher end with a lot of custom/decorator touches. The furnishings are starting to show their age and the couch and love seat are too soft and spongy. The biggest reason I'm giving this 3 stars is how dirty the condo was. There was dog hair on the floor and popcorn under the sofa. The counters were spot cleaned, but nothing was scrubbed. At first glance the condo looked spotless, until you settled in and noticed all of the dust on the glass tops, stains on the washcloths, streaks on the mirror etc. Invest in a Better cleaning service and upgrade the sofa and love soft (though the star fish pattern was adorable).

Clean and comfortable

Spacious, clean, comfortable. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids and had plenty of room. Beautiful view. Building manager was very helpful and kind. Parking garage is tight but not terrible. Having to check in at a different location wasn’t the best but wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Beautiful condo on the beach

My friends and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beach access very convenient. Near many restaurants, shopping, etc. The only 2 complaints would be the cleanliness could be better (dusty in some places) and check-in and check-out is at a different location, which could become very inconvenient if the condo was far away. Luckily the rental office was pretty close. All in all its a great condo...we would definitely stay there again!

The Magic of North Myrtle

This was our sixth or seventh time going to North Myrtle Beach, and every time has been amazing. This particular condo was beautiful and accommodated my family and my brother’s family perfectly. It was an excellent spot on the beach and the ocean was spectacular this year. We can’t say enough good things and we will be back!

Wonderful location, would absolutely stay again!

Property was as described, large enough for grown children to space out. Oceanfront view & proximity of beach was appreciated every day! Excellent location/easy to find - close enough to attractions, but Windy Hill Dunes was the quiet, relaxing place we were looking for. Absolutely enjoyed our stay, and would stay again with no hesitation. Thanks!

Excellent place to stay!!

We absolutely LOVED this property!!! Everything was as stated, loved the area, beach wasn’t crowded at all. Beds were very comfortable (some pillows were very firm but had extras that wasn’t, so it worked out good for us). We will definitely stay here again. Great, clean and spacious condo centrally located in the Myrtle Beach area. Property was quiet and offered many nice amenities. Lazy River and pool was a big hit with my 5 yo daughter. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Very Nice Condo - Perfect Location

The condo is well kept and in a perfect location. It was mostly clean, all except the floors. We needed to mop them when we arrived. I assume the cleaning people forgot or missed them because everything else was quite clean. We had plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed. There's a storage closet outside the entrance with beach chairs/umbrellas and other items. As others have noted, if you check in after business hours or on the weekend, you need to go to the office the next business day and give them your credit card and ID, but the office isn't far at all and it only took a few minutes. This didn't bother us at all. My wife and I did find the bed in the master bedroom too soft. We have a memory foam mattress at home and are used to a softer bed, but this one was too soft for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo and a great location! The owners were responsive and North Beach Realty is very professional. We enjoyed all the conveniences from home and looking at the ocean from the living room and bedroom was breathtaking! Having 3 full bathrooms was also a charm. The only suggestion is that the cleaning needs to be better. We had to reclean surfaces and hair was on the furniture and in some of the bathrooms. The guest book at the property noted the same. Otherwise, all good. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location

Great location, great decor. Loved how everything matched, even down to the silverware. Check in not being close to the room made it a little confusing. Also the fact there was a separate app just to communicate issues. Other than that, perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We loved the unit it was exactly as described in the listing, even better in person. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities needed, even two coffee makers one being a Keurig! The view from the balcony was wonderful overlooking the beach; we also rented umbrellas and chairs for the week which was convenient - they were set up for us every morning. There was plenty do and most of the attractions were 20 minutes away, which was another plus. We felt at home and comfortable, I would definitely return!

Amazing condo

Condo unit is exactly as described. Beautiful! Condo grounds are maintained really well. Like the pool passes to keep others who are not staying on property from using the pool area. Would definitley stay here and in this unit again.
