ANCHORS UP! UPDATED, SALTWATER POOL, DOG FRIENDLY, AND JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH!

Welcome to Anchors Up at Anchor House! This four bedroom/three bathroom unit is the upper level of a duplex. Enjoy having a cocktail while watching the sunset on the large deck where you can see the ocean. Hang out in the spacious living area. Take a short minute walk to Windy Hill beach and then come home and spend the afternoon by the saltwater pool. Anchors Up is in a PRIME location, a mile to Barefoot Landing,
House of Blues, close to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, outlets, winery, and mini golf! Anchors Up has a large parking lot and can accommodate up to four standard vehicles.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless appliances and quartz countertop. This eclectic house has a great coastal vibe and can comfortably sleep 11 people. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. After hanging out at the amazing beach just a short block away, come relax by the saltwater pool for the afternoon. There is a large backyard/patio area where many of our guests hang out and grill dinner. Anchors Up has an amazing, large upper deck where you can see the sparkling ocean. Each of the spacious bedrooms comes equipped with flat screen TVs along with large TVs in the living area. This unit has an Alexa to look up restaurants or play music. Please note that the pool, pool area, and backyard patio are shared by Anchors Up and Anchors Down. Each unit has completely separate entrances and are private.

Anchors Up and Anchors Down (the lower unit) and Anchors Away (a small one-bedroom unit in the back of the house) are able to be booked together, which is perfect for large groups (up to 23 people). Contact me to send you the links if you're interested.
Please note that there is another one-bedroom, first floor unit in the back of the house (Anchors Away). This unit is for short term rentals and the guests have their own completely separate entrance and driveway. Guests staying here have no access to the patio, pool, or pool area. You are able to include Anchors Away in your reservation, message us if you'd like to add it. It's a great, spacious unit that is private from Anchors Up or Anchors Down.

Towels and linens are included in the price. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher detergent as well.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS-Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay. Only registered/approved guests are allowed to stay at the residence. We do not allow for other visitors or overnight guests-this includes in the pool area.

There are 2 cameras in the front of the house, in the top left and right corners of the porch and face the two parking areas, and a side camera in the back of the house facing the driveway. They may be recording at anytime. There is also an Amazon Alexa in the dining area. It can be unplugged by guests.

Please note the grill at this location is shared between Anchors Up and Anchors Down. The grill is provided as a courtesy and we cannot guarantee its functionality. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and filling up the propane. The pool is cleaned once a week during non peak and twice a week during peak season. Guests are responsible for skimming debris out of the pool in between cleanings. Guests can request an additional cleaning at guest's cost if possible. The ice maker is a courtesy and may or may not be functional during your stay.

Guests might see on site-pool cleaner company, landscapers or maintenance team members.
