Beautiful Location

The property was very well decorated and was in a very convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the view was pleasant. We would certainly recommend it to our friends as a great place to visit and stay.

Great location

The rental property was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the beds were super comfortable! We loved being able to stay right on the beach! There was also several restaurants and activities very close by! We will be back!

Beautiful facility

Family Vacation

My family and I had an enjoyable time at Beach Cove. We loved the number of pools available, the lazy river and the easy walk to the beach and ocean. The unit was very tastefully decorated with beach decor and we really liked that the flooring was not carpet.

Great place. Only recommendation is a passcode lock. You have to go to the rental office to get the key and then return it the day you leave.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and the inside of this rental -- shows just like the pictures. There was quite a bit of construction work so not all amenities were available and the outside wasn't as nice, but it was still a great place. We had everything we needed and they were detailed on what was included, etc.

Property was great. Just wished they did a better job at cleaning the pool and pool area. There was a sign posted everyday that cleaning was taking place but we never seen anyone vacuum the sand out of the poop

Prefer booking directly

The unit was well decorated and cared for but overall I prefer booking directly with the resorts. We were told all amenities were included but my husband was not allowed to use the fitness center and my email to the property manager about this went unanswered. The dryer was rusted out and rough inside ruining some of our clothes. There is zero counter space in the bathrooms. I preferred our previous stay at Village Dunes as far as location and space within the unit.

Great Vacation Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised. Great view of the ocean and met our needs. We arrived much earlier than check-in but while the room wasn't available, they gave us wristbands to the pool which was a great way to pass the time and keep the kids occupied. Only suggestion would be to put a keypad on the door as opposed to an actual key we had to always have on us.

Awesome vacation

Had a wonderful time. This is our second year staying at the same resort. Already booked next year. Only had one complaint… first morning we was there, I was in my underwear and some man from pest control opened our door with a key and stuck his head in and hollered pest control… scared the crap out of me. He should’ve knocked before opening our door. My husband was not happy about it. We had no heads up about a visitor. Other than that the place was great. Nice and clean

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great vacation and this condo’s accommodations were good. The only problem we had was the AC kept kicking the breaker. I called the agency and they got someone out to fix it and sent portable AC towers to use while having issues. The pools were great! I never stay somewhere that has rubber base around the pool deck, makes it so great for the kids not to sip and fall. The beach access was one of the bests we’ve had at Myrtle. Love the fact that they have cafe, poolside bar and ice cream available everyday. This particular condo was beautiful decorated and well stocked with cooking utensils.

You are not able to communicate with the owner, but only the property manager

We had several problems with our stay. The hotel failed to keep the pools, lazy river, and hot tub for 3 days while we were there. As a result of this the health department shut down the pool for several days while we were there. We tried to reach out to the property manager to see if we could get some sort of credit for it, but they told us that pools are not guaranteed in the contract. The pools and upkeep are handled by the owners, which you cannot communicate with. I have pictures of the signage the health department placed on everything while we were there. Next, there is no bathroom near the pools. You either have to go wet into the lobby or back up to your room. Third, there were a ton of people smoking weed at the hotel. If you have little kids you may want to be aware of this. Fourth, the walls must of been very thin because whenever we were trying to sleep in the main bedroom all we could hear was the tv next door blasting. My wife sleeps with a fan and the tv was louder than the fan. Fifth the hotel needed more elevators. For a property with fifteen stories 2 elevator locations is not enough for all their guests. The room itself was nice. The location was great. I just can’t remind this property to others with a good conscience.

Perfect for a long weekend

The condo has an amazing view. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was cozy and comfortable for my husband and I. The only complaint we have is that the elevators were being maintanenced during our stay, leaving only 1 elevator per tower. Had we known this prior to booking, we would not have booked a condo on the 15th floor. This work started 9/18/23 (before we booked) and we feel we should have been notified. Also, the listing read that the indoor pool was closed for the summer of 2023. On 11/2/23, the indoor pool is still closed. Otherwise, the condo itself was great!

Clean, close to beach and golf courses

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is exactly like pictured, it was clean and nice views of ocean. The door is located directly across from the C tower elevator (which would have been nice if management company told us that for unloading). One elevator made a noise every time it went down which sounded like a bathroom fan being turned on and off, could be heard throughout the unit all day/night but bearable. Upon arrival to area I called the management company to see if we could get in early, they said it wasn't ready but would call when it was, we sat in parking lot for an hour so I finally went in at 4:20 and the women sitting on the right was not practically friendly, disappointed she never called me although it appeared she wasn't busy. Bring spices, beach chair and umbrella (they had one small one) if possible. Also, a telephone number for security would have been helpful because we had some young boys partying until 3 AM above us and when I yelled up to please be quiet they laughed and said no. I didn't want to call the police so I did get the security phone number the next morning so if it happened again I was prepared but it did not.
