We've been doing a MB vacation for over 10 years and have rented many houses in our time. This was a beautiful house. The kitchen was very well stocked with several items, the house was very well clean. What stood out for this house was the owners. We noticed the fridge and freezer weren't keeping food cold. We called Elliott and they put in a service request to have someone come out and order new parts. We had several hundred dollars worth of meat and groceries, adult beverages to keep cold. When the owner found out he personally went out and purchased another fridge to put in the garage for us to use. The fridge was delivered later in the day by the homeowners themselves. What customer service! Will rent here again for sure!!!
