The nicest condo we have stayed at in many years in the NMB area! This unit is fresh, clean and updated so nicely! Beach area was not over crowded either! Will be coming back in the future for sure!

Mixed Feelings About Condo

*The bedroom of this condo is right off of a very busy road so we heard motorcycles all night long. *The curtains in the bedroom are completely see through so the sunlight fills the room as soon as the sun comes up...which was earlier than we wanted. *Updates seemed to be the bare minimum in order to use the word updated! *Having the extra half bath is convenient if you have friends visit. *The cleaning company did a HORRIBLE job before we got there! We had to clean most everything ourselves upon arrival. There were large piles of dirt, dust, and sand on the floor. The fridge had something growing in it when we first opened it. *We did not find the mattress to be comfortable, but that is us. *We suggest you bring your own linens based on the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. *You have a great ocean view from the balcony, but the balcony is tight. *The lock on the balcony sliding door is broken.

As described

Condo was bright and beachy. Great location and view. Unit was as described and pictured. No musty odors that are sometimes present in older buildings. Perfect for the 2 of us. Fresh shower curtains, mattress wasn’t anything to complain about, our only complaint was the toilet. (Once the issue is fixed I have no complaints!!) We can’t possibly be the first to report the problem. It isn’t firmly attached to the floor, and spins 90 degrees! It leaks clean water all the way around the seal. The float on the valve also makes an intermittent high pitch squeal that requires you to take off the tank lid and push on it to get it to stop. Two nights in a row it woke me up. We put in a service call and it appears that someone came out to dry up the water, but toilet still turns and squeals! If it is because they are waiting on parts or something, we never got any feedback. Checkin process didn’t make sense to me. If we are paid in full and it is keyless entry, why do we need to wait in line at rental office? Most of my other Vrbo reservations don’t do that. The guy at the desk has no control over that and he was wonderful.
