We attempted to contact management several times for a refund for possibly a different unit for our stay. They were unable and unwilling to relocate us, or give us our money back. We spent two days of our vacation trying to handle this situation, and I’ve had no help nor answers. Definitely do not recommend with a family!」

「Size of the unit and location are excellent. Condition of the furnishings is dated and very worn. (worse than other rooms we have stayed in the hotel) View from balcony is perfect, but all the furniture is torn and somewhat dangerous if you bleed easily. Kitchen is poorly stocked with dishes and flatware. I have never stayed in a place where the kitchen faucet would not move. Price was good, but would not stay there again. The unit needs some serious refurbishment.」
