"Our stay was great, the host was very responsive and resolved issues that arose promptly. We appreciated the ease of communication. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the beach! We did have a few issues with only partial outlets working which was frustrating with a house full of people. Also, it would be nice if a laundry basket was provided as the laundry is downstairs on the ground level which made carrying laundry up and down the stairs a bit tricky. Also, more hooks for towels...

"Everything was perfect, clean and very accommodating. The ONLY concern was that we had our dog with us and when we first got to our room, our dog was sniffing around the room and found an orange pill and thankfully, he didn't eat it. The pill was under a small table. Moments later, my dog found a Hall's cough drop, still in its wrapper. Again, we were able to get it away from him before he ate it. Other than that, the room was great. The staff was very friendly and personable and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay for a quick weekend. Room was dated but clean and the location was perfect. Loved the pool area. Renovations were underway and the property did an excellent job of minimizing the effect on guests. Definitely will be staying here again and can’t wait to see the finished renovations."

"The roach infestation definitely wasnt disclosed prior to booking. I had to book a new hotel at 2am when i walked into my room and the bed was already occupied by visible roaches. Upon arrival, there was no one attending the office, just a hand written note taped to the door that said call this number for check-in. The picture of the view does look pretty close to the same. The pictures of the rooms do not. They are very dirty and run down. The AC was leaking all over the floor. The kitchenette sink base was soaked from a leak and clearly has been leaking for a long time, as it is completely rotted. Tub handles are falling off the wall, holes in the walls, furniture is damaged, light fixtures on nightstand were not cleaned. Doors were disgusting. Patio furniture was disgusting on our balcony AND the furniture by the pool. Carpet on the stairs was destroyed, fraying, and ripped. Never in my life have I ever stayed in such a disgusting hotel EVER! I paid almost $600 for 3 nights for a room that shouldnt be rented out at all but is worth $30/night MAX."

"Room 1412 was absolutely horrible! The room was damp our entire stay so much so,the floors were wet and slippery, the wood panels and baseboards were separating from the walls, the ceiling in and around the bathtub/shower was leaking in the bathroom and all of our bed linen and clothes were damp to touch everyday. We have stayed at this property for many years and this was the absolute worst stay ever. We will not be returning to this property."
