On my checkout day, the 8:45am shuttle from the hotel to the airport was full, but they quickly arranged another one with remarkable efficiency. I've been staying at Four Points Sheraton Tung Chung for three years now, and their service has consistently been excellent. A special thanks to Cindy, my attentive housekeeper who tidied my room daily, keeping it neat, fresh, and inviting. "
