「Nice lady at the desk remembered me. Wifi was decent, easy parking and good access to the 401. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain so I took it apart and cleaned it, told the owner to come have a look but he never did. I should get a free night. 」

「We stayed in the Rosebud suite. The staff provided excellent customer service- responded to all inquiries quickly before our arrival. Room was spacious, clean, updated. However our suite was right beside another suite. The people in that suite talked very loud until midnight, we had to call the front desk. The rooms are close and so I wonder about the sound proofing. Also the snow plow started going at 6:45 am. This was not the fault of the hotel, it snowed quite a bit. The restaurant...

「Great room (queen beds and suite,) breakfast was delicious and loved the 24/7 tea and coffee. Only note is the that my kids kept cutting themselves in the pool on the floor and walls of it. Would recommend water shoes. 」
