We stay in this hotel for 3 nights, and requested for room cleaning. They only tidy the beds, and did not washed the cups and clean up the litters.

Great location - Exit 15 from Sapporo JR station, it is around 15 min walking underground path but mostly accessible with luggage. If it is snowing outside you don't have to worry about moving the luggage in the snow! Staff very helpful Room is similar size as Tokyo hotel room( a little bigger) There is small table with chair you can use your laptop tablet on but opening out luggage for packing will be a bit cramped, maybe because my single bed room is at the corner of the building is the reason. The room is quiet even it is facing a road and a gas station across the street. TV is modern and the WiFi (glad they have WiFi 6) is fast. Parking is next door Multi-floor parking that belongs to nearby building but it will charge 1500 yen overnight, remember get the hotel counter to get discount for your parking everyday before you drive out , they will stamp your parking ticket to reduce 500 yen charge. The breakfast serve in the 2/F cafe. The public bath and laundry machine at 2/F. The bath is great for relaxing after a day of work. Will come again next time when visiting Sapporo

Very good price and location. One 24 hours small supermarket nearby the hotel. At least 10 mins walk to Susukino station and 15-20 mins walk to Odori Station and 30 mins walk to Sapporo JR station. But overall is good as room price is reasonable and affordable.
