「There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently」

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There...

「The castle alone was really nice. They were doing renovations so the dinning area was closed. Only the dungeon Bar was open. I was a little disappointed with that and planned a nice evening dinning. The library bar was closed at night due to under staff. Which again I could of stayed in the dungeon bar but the library would of been a nice evening event. Overall, I would recommend people to stay there. They stated the other areas in the castle should be open soon. We went for a couple of walks...

「A fantastic hotel. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. The room was very very good. The view of Cashel was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff called us by name after one meeting. We would definitely love to return. And the Guinness in the Guinness Bar was the best!」

「It's a decent place to stay. The staff is great. Just aging and so many little details in poor condition. And now this isn't the hotels fault per say but very noisy. Walls were paper thin and could hear other rooms talking and TV playing. Heater was on in my bathroom and the knob was broken so couldn't turn it off.」
