「The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. 「Room was large and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet allows g for a good night of sleep. The bathroom is large, great water pressure and temperature. I only stayed one night and didn’t get to explore the amenities, but what I saw was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. 「A fantastic hotel. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. The room was very very good. The view of Cashel was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff called us by name after one meeting. We would definitely love to return. And the Guinness in the Guinness Bar was the best!」
