"Lallngoodnonly issue is room is very small for 2! People it is small were total 4. 2 teenage kids and parents. But we can use outside tables for coffee or snacks but overall had great time . Front desk lady was good and polite . She does lot of hard work all the best"

Great place to stay
"This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all."

Relaxing Stay
"My husband and I had a great stay! It was relaxing, a great location and a beautiful beach area. We enjoyed sitting on both decks during the day and night. We were a little concerned that it was a duplex but had no issues with neighbor noise because it was a very private set up."

Just right for us
"The smaller size that other Topsail houses was ideal. The distance from ground to living space, kitchen to bedroom and bath pleasantly short. The path behind the neighboring house to the public beach access meant that access to the beach was as good as a walkway directly to the beach. The only downside ..."
