The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful

I had a great single night's stay in this very central (yet still quiet) location. Staff at the bar were available to check me in and show me to my room, which was appreciated. The room itself exceeded expectations -- great size for a single room, well decorated with storage and hanging space, free sockets, kettle and tea bags etc, and a spick-and-span ensuite bathroom with decent shower. It's a shame a cooked breakfast wasn't available but I appreciated the bag with instant porridge, a croissant and jam, juice, a flapjack and an apple. I didn't visit the bar other than to check in and out, but the room was of a high standard (making it great value for money) and I would stay here again.

Short break in Norfolk

Kings Arms is situated in centre of North Walsham & a short walk to the Travel Hub where you can pick up buses for local travel. Also staff at the Kings Arms were friendly & accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The room service young lady was lovely. However that’s all the positives. Negatives. We had already paid an agency but were asked to provide credit card details on a piece of paper, just unsafe as anyone could access it when stored in an office. The staff took umbrage when I pointed out how wrong this was. No details then no stay, we had no option. The small car park was not marked so it was a free for all. Also a space wasted to an old vintage car with a flat tyre. People get blocked in. After asking for help with being blocked in we were asked to park differently when we returned to make room for hotel guests. We pointed out we were also guests. There was no room anyway. We were warned it was noisy on a weekend, yes it was, can’t complain about that as we were warned. The ceiling in the bar area was in a bad state of repair, there were huge cracks in it and it was pretty grubby. The head of one of the beds was loose as there were screws that had come away. It didn’t look at all like how bed heads are usually fixed on but a bad repair. We certainly would not go back.
