「This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues
My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point
Other than that it’s a beautiful venue」
