「The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. 」

「I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.」

「Great location and convenience accommodation. You can find everything just around the corner, i.e. 7-11, supermarket, restaurant etc. convenient to most of tourist spots. Better to download Grab for a taxi.」
