"很喜歡酒店的家庭客房，兩間獨立的房間中間的門打開後便可以相通。每間房都有各自的洗手間，很方便。 酒店的位置也很方便，步行到環球影城和水上探險樂園都只需大約15至20分鐘。 另外，酒店的服務員也很好。我們夜晚發現床單有污漬後，告訴酒店，他們很快便派服務員來幫忙換床單。 不過，我們覺得有個地方可以改善一下。服務員執房後，我們留意到洗手間的廁紙還未用完，他們已經將一卷新的廁紙放在洗手間內某個地方，但並沒有任何包裝，當洗澡完，洗手間充 滿濕氣，廁紙也跟著吸收了濕氣，之後又變乾，感覺不太衛生。"
