Bayfront!!! An awesome two-story house on the bay overlooking Beach Creek and Grassy Sound. Spectacular views. Central air conditioning and heat for those hot and cold months on the bay.

Recent renovations: new deck, new fishing pier, new docks, newly painted.

Sleeps 14 without using the two queen-size sofa beds.

Off-street parking for 2+ vehicles.

The space
The first floor has a full kitchen with a large center island that seats 4; dining tables seat 10; living room has a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with cable access and WiFi connectivity; open area concept in kitchen, dining area, and living room to keep families together; queen sofa bed in living room (great for those who need one-floor accommodations); great views of the bay from each area; large glass doors lead to your private bay-front deck with large table, umbrella, chairs, and barbecue grill; storage area under deck; ramp to the shared fishing pier and dock area (fishing pier and dock area shared with owner). Full bath with walk-in shower in first-floor foyer.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms that sleep 14 guests (king, queen, bunk, pull-out sofa, and roll-away beds), 2 full baths, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom overlooks the bay, has a private bath, king bed, queen sofa bed, and private bay-side balcony deck. 50-inch Flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Seasonal, monthly, and multi-week rentals are preferred but weekly and nightly rentals are accepted based on availability.
