「What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!」

We cooked a turkey on the gas grill; the house was very well stocked for cooking and serving a big meal for 15. We brought a folding table for an extra 6 seats in the kitchen/dining room, which was a perfect fit (turns out the house has a folding table and 6 nice folding chairs!).We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated it was well stocked with wood. 「The home was clean and has a great location on the lake. The private boat launch also made it nice to put our jetski in and out. We enjoyed our stay eventhough it was cut short due to some extenuating circumstances with our family. Look forward to getting an opportunity to stay again in the future. 」

Our family stayed for almost two weeks, so we had plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the location and house. Under every bed was trash that wasn’t ours (candy wrappers, empty soap boxes, leftover power cords from previous renters). The master bathroom toilet constantly ran and leaked.
