“Communication was fine, as well as getting into the house. Few problems with the upkeep/cleaning. Kitchen window was disgusting with spiders a dirt all over it. Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it. For the money it isn’t bad, but it needs some attention. Cleaning and mowing should be the bare minimum for the owner given each renter is……

“host was nice. inside looks pretty updated besides the bathrooms but everything works. check in was easy. i caught me a little bass off the dock but water is pretty shallow. it's nice for a mobile home. i would stay here again. ”

“Perfect for large family gatherings. We were able to get all our kids and their families together for the first time in 3 years. The house is smartly decorated, with not many knick-knacks for the little ones to get into. We had 2 toddlers, and the most "trouble" they got into was the tupperware. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you would need. Market, liquor store, Family Dollar, and gas station are within 10 mins. Perfect spot to spend a week doing absolutely nothing but……
