"A nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. "

"I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall."

"Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room. "

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und habe mir dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte bisher immer ein Zimmer auf der Südseite. Diese Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung Norden, habe schlecht geschlafen und mich nicht gut erholt. "We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."
