I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel in Grand Riviere. The fully incorporated offering was great...that is all meals, outdoor activities, transportation to activities and friendliness of staff was very refreshing. We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. ...
