「The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more.
This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight...
