「It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience.
The room was super small, and the lunch was also bad, had a very bad thanks giving experience there. Will never...

「The location and view are awesome! The room is clean. However, the blankets are too light and sheets are rough. THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE ROOM! Wifi only covers the gift shop and the restaurant...」
