「The staff went over and above and were absolutely wonderful but the rooms weren’t what you’d expect in a hotel like that. The lobby was so stunning that we were slightly underwhelmed by the rooms. Only true downfall is the jets weren’t working in the hot tub!」

「Not recommended at all! The staff were not helpful when I tried to cancel one night of my stay. Their response was basically, "It's your problem, contact the Expedia and complain." I also couldn't sleep because the hotel is located next to a busy rail junction. Trains were passing throughout the night, constantly sounding their horns. Cleanliness was another issue.
