“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”

“The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. ”

“The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"”

“Ficamos no Parina tanto quando chegamos em San Pedro, quanto na volta de Uyuni, que antecedia nosso retorno ao Brasil. O hotel é excelente!! Tem água quente, bom chuveiro, é super limpinho e tem tudo o que você pode vir a precisar. Além da excelente localização. As pessoas que tomam conta são um tópico todo especial. Todas MUITO gentis, muito amáveis, super simpáticas e prestativas. No dia do passeio aos Geysers del Tatio eu passei muito mal por costa da variação de altitude e senhora que cuida……

“Estadia maravilhosa! Cama ótima, banheiro confortável. Um dos motivos de escolher o lugar foi o banheiro e atendeu muito bem, ducha ótima e box largo. Limpo, organizado, achei o quarto grande, boa infraestrutura, tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O Staff muito atencioso, a acomodação possui uma lanchonete que serve café da manhã e almoço por bom custo benefício. Além disso a casa acomoda espaços que podem oferecer atividades culturais ou podem ser bons lugares para quem precisa fazer um trabalho……
